Three-Year Survey of Fusarium Multi-Metabolites/Mycotoxins Contamination in Wheat Samples in Potentially Epidemic FHB Conditions

چکیده
Fusarium head blight (FHB) is a fungal disease of cereals including wheat, which results in significant economic losses and reductions grain quality. Additionally, the presence spp. productions mycotoxins/metabolites, some are toxic low concentrations. The liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was applied to 216 wheat samples from field conditions diseased FHB. Data obtained show that out 28 metabolites detected, deoxynivalenol (DON), deoxynivalenol-3-glucoside (D3G), enniatin B (ENN B), B1 B1), culmorin, 15-hydroxyculmorin, aurofusarin were most prevalent mycotoxins/metabolites over three years (2014–2016). In 2014–2016, 100, 100 96% contaminated zearalenone (ZEN). Of masked mycotoxins, D3G occurred at high incidence level 100% all investigated years. Among emerging moniliformin (MON), beauvericin (BEA) enniatins (ENNs) showed occurrences ranging 27 during Co-occurrence almost highly correlated each other but their possible synergistic, additive, or antagonistic effects toxicity, should be taken into consideration. Our demonstrated modified contributed substantially overall contamination grains. To avoid disparagement, it necessary analyse these forms future mycotoxin monitoring programs set maximum levels.

Epigenetics Serves Genetics: Fusarium Head Blight (FHB) Resistance in Elite Wheat Germplasm
Current gene introgression-based approaches have made only modest progress toward the goal of developing Canadian wheat cultivars with strong resistance to Fusarium head blight (FHB). Re-examining comparisons of gene induction in resistant and susceptible nearisogenic lines of ‘Sumai 3’, a well-established source of FHB resistance, suggested that resistance was conditioned by effective expressi...
متن کاملWheat kernel black point and fumonisin contamination by Fusarium proliferatum.
Fusarium proliferatum is a major cause of maize ear rot and fumonisin contamination and also can cause wheat kernel black point disease. The primary objective of this study was to determine whether nine F. proliferatum strains from wheat from Nepal can cause black point and fumonisin contamination in wheat kernels. For comparison, the study included three Fusarium strains from US maize. In test...

cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...
Role of Fungicides, Application of Nozzle Types, and the Resistance Level of Wheat Varieties in the Control of Fusarium Head Blight and Deoxynivalenol
Fungicide application is a key factor in the control of mycotoxin contamination in the harvested wheat grain. However, the practical results are often disappointing. In 2000-2004, 2006-2008 and 2007 and 2008, three experiments were made to test the efficacy of fungicide control on Fusarium Head Blight (FHB) in wheat and to find ways to improve control of the disease and toxin contamination. In ...
